VWFNDR™ — 2023
A series of camera concepts exploring new hardware, UX and interface design paradigms, ruled by the principle of feasibility.
Bring back the fun - the magic. A framework to rethink contemporary cameras from a place of enjoyment and for the love of photography, not technology for tech´s sake. A space to remix what is already good and to challenge what could be better.
“The VWFNDR Keirin is an expansive new concept for the future of cameras”

KEIRIN
A conceptual digital camera designed as a testing ground for new design paradigms, blending hardware and software seamlessly.
Housed in a compact metal body, it features a panoramic-first, side-to-side flexible touchscreen and an innovative navigation system for shooting, viewing, sorting, and storing images. With built-in flexibility, Keirin offers extensive customisation options for both hardware and software, enabling diverse interaction patterns.
Focusing on the photographic craft, Keirin delivers an immersive, distraction-free shooting experience. Its name, derived from the Japanese word keirin (競輪) — a velodrome bike race — symbolises the harmony of hardware and software cycling together.
